Key member of the America's Engineering & Facilities leadership team responsible for all owner funded and selective FF&E funded building infrastructure projects across all lodging brands. This leadership role shapes/sets strategy for long capital planning and manages the execution of 500 to 600 building infrastructure projects annually with a projected program cost of $50 to $60 million dollars. Cumulative of 5000 plus projects with a value of $500,000,000.• Developed strategies and executed activities to drive financial results, owner satisfaction, asset preservation, and increased brand preference. Increased project volume from 350 to 700 projects in 3 years. These include roof, façade, fire alarm replacement, parking lots, electronic locks, HVAC, sliding glass doors, and elevator modernizations upgrades. • Ownership and full accountability for CPPM operating P&L.• Proactively form positive relationships with owners, consultants, vendors, regional teams, and corporate executives.• Directly manage 7 in-house FTE's, six out-of-house consultants(façade, roof, HVAC, parking lot, elevators, and parking lot), and three direct purchase commodity vendors and their staffs(PTAC’s, sliding glass doors, electronic locks).

• Development /Implementation of Energy Conservation Strategies for the Renaissance Branded Hotels across 23 utility provider territories. • Provide leadership on the facilitation of $40-50 million dollars in annual Capex renovation/improvement projects. In conjunction with hotels, develop & execute effective 10 year capital planning plans.• Provide Environmental/Regulatory content expertise to the hotels in the areas of ADA, asbestos, and under/above ground fuel oil storage issues.• Development of Talent Assessment tool to identify career building opportunities.• Savvy Service initiative development/implementation to address guestroom related deficiencies. • Successful rollout of Mintek’s web enabled Preventative Maintenance & Asset Database system.• Management of combined annual operating budget of $90 million in Heat, Light & Power, and Repairs & Maintenance.
