Includes the following activities and services: maintenance and operations of JPL's wired, wireless, guest, and foreign nationals networks; operation of all phone services to include VOIP, voicemail, emergency lines, and data links; manages JPL's collaboration services inclusive of Webex and chat; provides user administration, security and authentication services (LDAP, AD, Groups; provides system administration for JPL's OCIO IT infrastructure supporting common IT enterprise services; provides system administration of mission ground data systems for more than 100+ missions; performs data center support at JPL's primary and disaster recovery data centers; operates JPL's enterprise monitoring and alerting services for networks, applications, automated services; provides recovery of systems and services via on-call analysts; participates with JPL's cyber security teams to perform training, document requirements and support the operation of JPL's cybersecurity functions; supports a devops environment for on-premise and cloud computing to include the development of key support functions making it easier to use our automated services. Currently consulting with Lockheed Martin and Jet Propulsion Laboratory's (JPL) Office of the CIO in development of ITaaS, Cloud Computing, and overall IT management.

Director responsible for multiple IT support services contracts serving government and commercial customers. Major contracts included IT Desktop and Network infrastructure for all NASA Centers and Headquarters, Headquarters Department of Energy, Sandia National Lab, and multiple electric cooperatives including the largest cooperative in the US, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, FDIC, L3 Communications, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Managed HQ Department of Energy IT Infrastructure/Services Contract. Responsible for numerous smaller contracts to include electric cooperatives, power administration, GSA data center management and outsourcing, and several task type contracts.

Responsible for all facets of IT to include policy, budget, infrastructure, data centers, applications, vendor management and customer support/services for the distributed Federal electric utility agency.
