My remit includes many exciting projects including HiVE, our new and unique cutting edge Engineering centre in Ebbw Vale. Designed with Industry 4.0 as its guiding principle and with the help of Welsh Government, Tech Valleys and the Levelling Up agenda, HiVE will open in September 2025 and is crrently under construction. Director within the new faculty structure at Coleg Gwent. I am responsible for all Quality and Curriculum outcomes across all campuses for Engineering, Construction, Art and Media.

Leadership of the first fully tertiary solution in Wales. I am responsible for all aspects of this cutting edge £33m campus with a brand new A Level offer comprising over 30 subjects and a huge vocational offer going right up to level 5.

Responsible for the day to day running and smooth operation of the Sixth Form College with a budget of c.£8m. Programmes included the International Baccalaureate and 35 A Level subjects together with GCSE and Adult Access. Over 1700 students.

In charge of finance (c.£4.5m budget) and lead educator on the new £23.5m building together with day to day running of school. Also taught Mathematics up to A Level.
