Obtained RSA and became a sales assistant at a local BWS store.A fantastic weekend job whilst studying at university for Bachelors.Due to the store being small and quiet, solitary shifts were common and learning to multi-taskwas crucial to success.

Looking after the replenishment and the operations of the various departments for the store.Responsibilities include:- Employee schedule management- Staff training- Negotiating with external sales representatives- Promote healthy work ethics and communications- Improve store marketing- Following Woolworths' brand consistancy

I was responsible for majority of the design choices of B.E.A.R. Working with the UDK3's in-built system and exports from 3ds Max, I was able to create the environment for the game. Using the kismet, the basic functionality of the game was implemented.From this experience:- Improved my creativity in designing- I learnt invaluable problem solving skills- Basic knowledge of the Unreal Engine 3's functionality- Skype conferences regarding the game pipeline and coordinating the work- MS office suite- Web design of the team/game website- Ability to make executive decisions when required
