Responsible for a Global team that provides oversight of Health Care Professionals (HCP) engagement strategies (Speaker Bureau and Advisory Consultants) including HCP contracting, HCP payments, HCP Travel, venue meeting logistics, FMV, oversight of HCP events & brand plan tactics, & implementation in partnership with global business stakeholders in: US, LATAM, Brazil & Canada.Oversee HCP Events & Meetings including HCP/KOL Management; Speaker Bureau Management, Speaker Training, Advisory Boards, Virtual or Live Strategic Engagement Planning & Support; Business Processes & Systems Management; Vendor/Supplier Management; HCP/KOL Payments & Transparency Reporting for the entirety of the US, LATAM, Brazil & Canada business.

Provide strategic and functional leadership ensuring compliance with Americas legislative HCP reporting that includes, Canada IMC Transparency Code, US Federal Sunshine Act, US state disclosure laws, Brazil and Colombia disclosure laws and other related initiatives pertaining to interactions with HCPs and HCOs including accurate and complete submissions of disclosure reports to government agencies.Responsible for internal and external global stakeholder communications and change management strategies. Global scope covers health care professional communications, stakeholder engagement, HCP eStatement portal, BMS.com, executive decks, position statements, media stand-by statements, POA materials and video scripts.Documentation Specialist: Policies, SOPs, Directives, functional requirement documents, market research and training scripts/storyboards.Ownership of Global Learning System domain. Manage global learning for transparency requirements including the US Sunshine Act, EU EFPIA disclosure code, global Concur T&E system and external supplier/agency training.Responsible for all health care professional inquiries and disputes related to US government transparency reporting including management and training of customer call center agents.Responsible for global vendor and agency change management operations.
