• Support our HR Services organization (Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Contact Center, Absence Management) developing custom data processes that are allowing us to better coordinate various COVID-19 related activities, such as creation of an automated dashboard that allows over 25 business Points of Contact, and employees from 6 Human Capital Centers of Excellence to comment on and approve terminations for employees who are non-compliant with various state, employer, and client mandates, as well as to track the expiration of medical documentation for temporary accommodations.• Mentor and coach team members on best approaches to solve more complex ad-hoc requests such as those required for Employment Law discovery or various state Medicaid program government audits.

• Was the primary Talent Analytics contact for 3 of the 5 business segment human capital teams within UnitedHealthcare and had end to end responsibility for their Human Capital Analytics requests and projects from initial discovery and consulting conversations, to final report delivery.• Trained in more than 10 new team members who were new to the organization or Human Capital across our larger Talent Analytics function on various aspects of Human Capital best practices, what data we have available in our “Workforce Metrics Library” within Domo, and PeopleSoft Query• Created and enhanced multiple dashboards in Tableau and Domo for audiences ranging from the UnitedHealthcare CEO and CHRO to Human Capital Business Partners on various HR Topics including an Enterprise Severance, Downsizing Savings, and Redeployment Initiative Dashboard that led to an increase in our notice period for most employees and was also used to support the build out of an internal redeployment team to further assist in retaining talent within the organization• Used Domo’s ETL functionality to create both novel and enhanced datasets. These datasets have then been used for self-service reporting options, as well as incorporated in business specific visualizations to allow for easier end customer use, and enhanced filter options not available in the more generalized datasets

• Collaborated with and supported Human Capital business and functional areas to develop custom reporting made available to end users via on-demand self-service, and scheduled channels of delivery on a variety of topics such as Turnover, Annual Performance Reviews, Development Goals, and EEOC data• Served as the primary partner to Employee Relations, and built a suite of reporting for both the Employee Relations Case Management System (PeopleSoft HelpDesk) and the Downsizing Workcenter (Peoplesoft HR Module) using our Oracle BI platform and Tableau Server

Served as a business partner to a diverse range of divisions by performing job evaluations with the Hay Methodology, helped develop Career Ladders and a Workforce Plan to fill critical positions that would be vacated by upcoming retirements, performed recruiting and interviewing functions, used Crystal Reports to track usage of Sick Leave/Family Medical Leave Act time for supervisors, and other associated staffing functions.
