I have 20 years of consulting and regulatory experience in environmental compliance and regulation, due diligence, and construction management. This extensive experience includes: USTs; storm water; hazardous waste management; air regulatory compliance; compliance inspections; Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments; site suitability assessments; pre-blasting structural surveys; pre-demolition asbestos surveys; geotechnical investigations; soil and groundwater contamination assessments and remediation; construction materials testing; erosion and sedimentation control inspections, oversight, and consulting; and construction management. I routinely represent clients with public officials, contractors, and other stakeholders. I also develop and implement: training regimens; quality control/assurance programs; vendor qualification requirements as well as proposal and contract language; and compliance regimens.
