I began as an apprentice with the corporation, stayed with it and became a forman. I recieved the forman of western division award in 96-97 and shortly after that was promoted to Service Manager of San Francisco Regional Division. I was then asked to be part of a new division that was approved by the corporate office to begin in Sacramento. I was promoted to Operational Manager of that division. After up and running I was then asked to begin a Service Sales Project Manager position for Sacramento and personally sold over 1 Million for the company my first year.Shortly after that first year I was given the opportunity to return to the Bay Area as the Senior Service Sales Project Manager and did so for the last 4 years of my career, reaching and surpassing all sales goals selling 4.5 million until an early retirement in Jan of 2016 at the age of 49. During my 26 + years with the corporation I learned a great deal with exclusive hands on experience from the ground up. Centimark is the largest corporate roofing contractor in the U.S. and reaches outside the Continental U.S. Being part of this corporation requires various studies and testing to acquire and hold these positions. Continued study, training and testing on the postion one holds is mandated to continue in that position.With an emphasis on always doing the best possible job, developing operations and employee relationships, providing great customer service and building those relationships, it was a wonderful time. I can honestly say I am grateful for the experience and the corporate team I was part of.I retired at 49, moved on as a calling in need of a new challenge and began the process of creating a corporation that would focus on roofing, and all exterior envelope commercial needs from the ground up.
