I am an Arts Council Relationship Manager with 20 years experience working in cultural education and audience development.My specialisms include heritage capital projects, grant assessment and appraisal, ACE's NPO programme, and place-based strategic funding.Prior to joining Arts Council England, I developed award-winning programmes for learners of all ages across the UK. Helped design and deliver galleries and education spaces, and provided learning insight for exhibition design. My work has included formal and informal education, training and skills development, as well as CPD for teaching staff and external bodies.Having worked in the delivery, development and management of cultural learning, with a specialism in heritage education, I am aware of the practical needs and requirements of delivering high quality education. I have used this knowledge to advise on the creation of new learning spaces, the integration of learning programmes within existing operations, and the development of learning and engagement strategies.I am very interested in pedagogy, inclusive education and supporting the needs of different learners. I use this knowledge to help shape and deliver galleries which inform, educate, and entertain.My particular speciality is in using live-interpretation and drama to bring history to life. Outside of work I am a game designer, spoken word performer, and writer. My first children's book 'Norwich: City of Dragons' was published in 2014.I am always eager to connect with others, learn from their best practice and share my own experiences.
