Needville High School is located in Fort Bend County, the most diverse county in the US, and one of the fastest growing. In response to this growth, Needville HS sought an experienced soccer coach to found a varsity soccer program in 2015. I oversaw the establishment of all areas of this program, and our team competed its inaugural season in the largest 4A district in the state of Texas. While the only first-year program in the district, our team posted the greatest improvement in wins across the two rounds of district play of any team.

Frisco ISD has for many years been one of the fastest-growing school districts in the nation, and has consistently boasted among the best student outcomes in the state of Texas. Education watchdog Children at Risk names Fowler Middle School as the top campus in FISD. It is in fact the #2 middle school out of over 1,600 rated in the state of Texas. I was a day-one member of the faculty that opened the school in 2007. For seven years, I taught multiple subject areas and served on academic teams that were regularly audited by officials from expanding school districts who sought to learn our methods for achieving such high results.

Grace Outreach Center, a multi-cultural inter-denominational church in Plano, Texas serves a weekly attendance of 5,000+, placing it in the top 3% of American churches in that category. It also serves one of the most diverse bodies of members in the area. I was brought on board to lead a transition in men's programming that would allow that segment to reflect the overall growth and diversity occurring in the larger body. Using research on the latest social trends in how men respond in social settings, I and my team were able to alter current programming and add new programming that more than doubled the weekly attendance of men's programs across the church. We also added community outreach teams to meet needs in the local community.
