I assisted a mobile payments start-up commercialise their product, develop a business plan and raise Series A capital and have provided advisory and product development services to a start-up SaaS platform win business from enterprise and government customers, eliminating the short term need for external funding to grow the business. I provided product development and go-to-market services to a new digital only lifestyle fashion brand.

Movideo is a leading, cloud-based online video platform that delivers world class management, publishing and business intelligence tools and services to media organisations, providing them with the capabilities and customer insight necessary to successfully monetise their video content on any connected device.I was responsible for profitably building the companies Professional Services business comprising media consultancy and advisory services, software development and managed services. I reported to the CEO and had full operational, team and P&L accountability. I led the company in winning business and developing strategic partnerships across Asia. Typical engagements included the development and execution of online, mobile and IPTV products, channels and services for large organisations including SAMSUNG, ASTRO, Disney, Turner, Fox Sports, NEXTmedia, Network TEN, Singapore Press Holdings.

I led a team of mobile specialists and was responsible for the end-to-end strategy, product development and product management of Telstra's exclusive Sport product portfolio including AFL, NRL, V8 Supercars and Racing Network on mobiles and tablets. I supported the business in securing rights for thoroughbred horse racing and AFL for 5 year terms.In 2012 I conceived and delivered the market leading AFL Live Apps for Android and iOS attracting in excess of 1m downloads in 6 months and resulted in 70+% of eligible customers converting to paying subscriptions.
