Implemented processes that enabled .9 day average order to shipment turn-around time. Successfully launched Jitterbug product into numerous retailers including BestBuy, Sears and CVS. Managed over $30 million in procurement expenditures annually. Reduced cycle time of returns processing from 7 days to 2 days while reducing staff by ~60%.

Responsible for Supply Chain Planning for Crocs footwear products. Implemented Demand Requirements Planning (DRP) system solution. Led cross-functional team that improved on-time delivery by 16%. Led effort to define and formally document all business requirements for Crocs supply partners including all contractual requirements.

Responsible for all Supply Chain Operations activities and metrics of a three shift manufacturing facility supporting Production and NPI material. Managed all Supply Chain activities and personnel in support of CDMA development tools including Circuit Card Assembly and in-house Final Assembly and Test. Managed staff of over 40 employees supporting materials planning, manufacturing, testing and shipping/receiving of CDMA Semiconductor devices. Responsible for ~$12 million department budget, ~$65 million materials budget and ~$117 million in capital equipment annually.

Opened new Logistics lanes and distribution centers in Southeast Asia and Europe. Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring Materials Planning and Scheduling staff for semiconductor devices. Defined and presented Key Performance Indicators to Group President’s staff. Reduced Inventory Days on Hand by 16% while increasing Customer On-Time Delivery by 22%.Responsible for implementation of PeopleSoft ERP system including Planning, Inventory and Production control. Led Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to plan product roadmaps and support launch of over 100 devices. Lead cross-functional team that developed systems and business processes to support speed binning ASIC devices.
