These involved Workover, Coil Tubing, Frac, WL and Snubbing Operations in the field.Lead a program to get our costs in line with top quartile performance, which involved bidding out multiple services and driving efficiencies to bring our costs down to the lowest point possible without losing sight of performance and safety.Supervised field operations on Workover Rigs, Coil Tubing Units, Multi-Stage Frac jobs and Well Testing, delivering wells with a flawless safety record and Top Quartile results.

Managed a team of Completions and Workover personnel in the Eagleford Shale in both the office and field.Managed a 2-3 frac fleet program involving frac jobs on multi-well pads and accomplished an Avg Stage rate of 7.5 stages a day (500klbs and 12,500bbls of water per stage). Drove efficiency to the max and led a flawless execution team with 0 LTI's.Managed a 2 rig Workover operation executing routine workovers, cleanouts and tubing installs. Utilized snubbing units and rig assists on high pressure EF wells. Was part of a team that achieved $4/bbl LOE costs in the field, which is industry leading.Managed CTDO operations to drillout frac plugs efficiently and effectively while achieving an average of 1.25 days per well from start of drillout to turning over to production.Worked closely with Completions and Production engineers to design the completions and workovers and wrote all operational procedures for the field.

Manage a team of 10 operations engineers, 2 safety advisors, cost engineer and drilling technician on a high performing team working in South America. Designing wells and putting together work programs and schedules for deep vertical wells of 6,000m (~20,000’) TVD that are Ultra HP/HT.Also involved in managing our NOJV wells with Repsol in the foothills of the Tarija Basin, in which foothill drilling is in the top 10% of most challenging wells in the world. These wells are deep (5000-6000m TVD) which have many problems with hard rock drilling and over pressured zones. We have driven performance in this area to decrease the days on location and continue improving with the ongoing wells at hand by using state of the art technology. We have cut the costs on the AFEs from $72MM down to $60MM and from 300 down to 225 dry hole days.Other activities within the group include various rig-less campaigns throughout the year and work overs to increase the production in the field. Also involved in the planning and setting up of a new exploration field Huacareta, in which no offset data is available and extremely rugged terrain and remote locations.

Drilling Engineer for the Eagleford Shale. Designed pad wells based on flex 5 rig. Wrote drilling programs, AFEs, and coordinated logistical support from the office for the wells.Helped cut costs across the EagleFord play with new well designs, improved technology and driving efficiency to perform at the highest level possible by a major oil and gas company in an onshore unconventional shale play.Also used flex 5 rigs for their ability to skid on multi well pads and worked with H&P to set up a more efficient way to move the rigs within the field and cut rig moves by 4 days from 7 down to 3 days, demonstrating a savings of around $20 million per month on a 39 rig campaign.

Worked as an offshore drilling engineer on the Transocean Winner semi-sub in Stavanger Norway. Supported the drilling by providing logistical support, creating and updating Drilling Section Guidelines, tracking lessons learned and holding After Action Reviews. Worked in both the office and on the rig while operational. Drilled tri-lateral wells in the North Sea using state of the art technology from Halliburton's Multilateral Technology team.

Started off as a company man in the field in the woodford and springer shale in Oklahoma. On the rig site I managed all of the operations for lateral wells with a TVD of 11-12k ft and MD of 17-18k ft. Then worked my way into the office as a drilling engineer supporting 2 rigs in the woodford shale writing drilling programs, AFEs, and logistical programs.

Worked as a drilling engineer serving as a night company man trainee in the Haynesville Shale in East Texas and the Springer formation in Western Oklahoma. Wells ranged from 8-12k ft TVD and 13-17k ft MD lateral wells in the Haynesville Shale and 19-21k ft TVD in the Springer formation. Springer wells were very deep vertical wells and high pressure gas wells that gave me a lot of well control experience early on in my career.

Completed 3 training programs with Marathon Oil. Production Engineering, Reservoir Engineering and Drilling Engineering. Gained valuable experience early on with production and reservoir modeling on depleted reservoirs in the GOM, Permian basin, and new ventures in Oklahoma and Lousiana Shale plays. During this period I presented 5 presentations to the SPE and AADE university meetings on my work within the fields mentioned above.Filled the role as Campus Representative for Marathon Oil all 3 years (2007-2010), which included tasks such as helping with the recruiting table during career fair, recruited potential engineering students at OU and held info sessions twice a year giving a presentation and speech for new candidates to learn about Marathon Oil.

I took part in a start-up operation of a batting cage in Norman, OK. I assisted the owners in setting up the batting cages and soliciting business to little-league baseball and softball teams which were our main focus for clients. We were able to expand the batting cage after 6 months to a larger location when our clientele base had grown by nearly triple after the first 6 months. In this role I also booked times for teams to come and practice, ensured a clean workplace, monitored the teams utilizing the stall to ensure safety of personnel and helped in advertising the business across the OKC Metropolitan area.

Worked for a drill bit company as my first job in college. I held the position of Warehouse Assistant which included duties such as organization of the warehouse on a daily basis, preparing orders for shipment to various locations around the globe (Some orders consisted of 200-300 bits), repairing tricone and PDC bits after returning to the shop after being ran on a well (These were expedited orders and required to be repaired and sent out ASAP) the repairs included but not limited to: sandblasting bits and nozzles, braising cutters in used PDC bits, re-tipping tricone bits, re-greasing the bearings on tricone bits, and painting the bits to send out the final product to the field. Ended my position after 2 years when I was offered a job working as an engineer for Marathon Oil Corporation.

Started my oilfield career in a small town in Oklahoma (Lone Grove) as an oilfield pumper working on depleted oil stripper wells. In this role I was in charge of monitoring the production on a daily basis and reporting this to the HQ in Ada, OK. I was also in charge on managing the water injection wells and the water injection pump/station, as well as stripping the wellheads down and converting them to modern day standards for the industry. Worked my way up to Production Supervisor after 1 year and finished my work in this position prior to departing for University. Production Supervisor roles included managing personnel in the field on various projects and ensuring compliance with the local regulations for shallow stripper gas wells, also managed all of the water trucks and oil tankers/pipe line work within the field (involved a team of 8 people). I also worked on workover rig within the field that was pulling downhole pumps for replacement or repair and conducting shallow workovers into uphole potential reservoirs.
