We are a family owned Coffee Farm in Bolivia and Coffee Roastery in Dallas, TX. We specialize in Fresh Roasted, High Quality, Specialty, Direct and Fair Trade coffee to provide our customers with the best cup possible while keeping coffee sustainable. We launched our company after seeing coffee farms diminishing around the world due to the fact that coffee is not a sustainable crop at market prices. We saw this as a major global issue and wanted to take action, and with this in mind we are dedicated in helping small farmers, ourselves included, get a better price for their coffee to make coffee sustainable and to help with the push to end global poverty. We have also teamed up with other coffee farms in Bolivia and around the world to push our goal of ending global poverty. Most farmers rely on their crops as the main source of income and with the large companies coming in and negotiating the lowest price possible this is forcing coffee farmers around the world to either sell their farm all together or cutting down their coffee plants and the trees that provide the shade needed and planting something else that is not environmentally feasible for the region they are in. This in turn causes the deforestation of some regions where coffee has been grown for centuries. And for this reason we are dedicated in keeping coffee farms alive and making a push for reforestation in these regions as coffee is a unique crop that does not require clearing of land and thrives with large trees with plenty of shade. We also specialize in high quality coffee SCA: 85+ pts which accounts for the top 5% of the world's coffee, with our own farm scoring at 88pts and is in the top 2% of the world's supply.
