As the Managing Partner at Strategic Partnership Corporation, I play a key role in leading and overseeing our strategic initiatives and operations. My primary responsibilities will include:1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and expansion in the student housing, workforce housing, and municipal projects sectors.- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and profitability.2. Business Development:- Lead business development efforts to secure new projects and clients in line with the company's mission and goals.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HBCUs, local communities, government agencies, and other relevant partners.3. Operational Management:- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects and business functions.- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.4. Financial Management:- Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.- Drive revenue generation and cost optimization strategies to achieve financial objectives and sustain long-term success.5. Public Private Partnerships (P3):- Lead the development and implementation of P3 projects, including structuring deals, negotiating agreements, and managing stakeholder relationships.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to P3s, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and value creation.

Responsible for P3G's strategic partnerships, new business developments, and partnerships across the US and the Caribbean. Executive in charge of nurturing relationships that create a significant ROI. Assist CEO in the coordination of the company's efforts to identify and assess new markets, and project opportunities, liaise with relevant authorities, and solidify teaming. Assist COO in the coordination of construction, design, finance, and legal teams.
