Project Manager with advanced construction knowledge to proactively oversee Multiple Construction projects from start to finish, leading total construction efforts to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project design, budget and schedule. I handle submittals, change order requests, RFI’s, subcontract change orders, project schedule, and schedule of values. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years. The majority of my know-how comes from working as a site superintendent for 20 years and advancing to Project Manager for the past 19 years on public works projects with an emphasis on school construction and modernization projects. I have a widespread and robust working relationship with Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, City and State officials which helps me to facilitate and deliver excellence, and well-timed projects with total client satisfaction. My experience has provided me with the ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and avert costly delays. I am a problem solver so I am always looking for the missing pieces in a project and then come to the table with ideas to help solve the issue at hand. I always excel as part of the solution, not part of the problem in getting those missing details coordinated to minimize time and cost impact to any project. In identify the conflicting information and bringing it into constructability and budget helps me to ensure that my projects are completed on time and within budget for my clients. With my wide-range and understanding of all the phases of a construction project, I collaborate and work with the entire team to bring a cohesive conclusion to all our projects which has enabled me to be part of the team to make Forcum Mackey Construction rise to the top of the construction industry.
