CurrentDirectly report to the Chief Talent Officer/Chief of Staff at a 350+ FTE, publicly-traded, ophthalmic pharmaceutical company operating a $90M compounding pharmacy and $90M branded pharmaceutical portfolio.• Led strategic business planning for FY24 & FY25 in collaboration with executive leadership, including the launch of two flagship products.• Developed business plans for two revenue divisions and four administrative/support areas, aligning workforce growth with corporate goals.• Spearheaded the creation and launch of Harrow University, a company-wide LMS integrating internal and external training resources (e.g., Coursera, PMI, ASQ, CompTIA), to support talent development across key departments.• Reorganized and implemented a new performance management system, introducing quarterly manager-employee reviews, career roadmaps for 11 functional areas, and step progression for sales reps.• Implemented enhanced recruitment strategies, including panel interviews, cognitive and behavioral assessments using Predictive Index Hire®, and in-house recruiting, leading to improved hiring processes.• Led workforce planning and change management during the reorganization of Harrow’s commercial segment and ImprimisRx, facilitating corporate office relocation to a 20k sq. ft. facility and expansion from 225 to 350+ employees.• Directed operational improvements at ImprimisRx's 503A/503B compounding facility through cross-department collaboration and review of cGMP compliance.• Managed post-M&A integration of a $7M pharmaceutical portfolio, overseeing workforce expansion, change management, and product launches.• Implemented analytically tracked email marketing campaigns to promote LMS content, newsletters, and career counseling services.• Managed talent processes using HRIS platforms such as ADP, Greenhouse, SAP Concur, and Veeva.
