With 17 years of dedicated service at KCT Credit Union, I have had the privilege of growing and evolving within various roles, contributing to the organization's success and community impact.Beginning in KCT's Teller Services Department, I gained foundational experience in member service and financial transactions, before transitioning to Collections where I honed my skills in problem-solving and financial management.My journey then led me to the role of Contact Center Branch Manager, where I spent over a decade leading a team committed to delivering exceptional member experiences and exceeding performance goals.In July of 2021, I embraced a new challenge as the Card Program Manager, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing our debit and credit card programs. During this tenure, I spearheaded the successful launch of innovative products such as the Visa Signature cash back card and specialized purchasing cards tailored for educational institutions and community organizations.Recognized for my contributions and leadership, I was promoted to the role of Director of Projects and Card Programs, where I played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the continuous enhancement of our card offerings.Following a restructuring at KCT Credit Union, I am now honored to serve as the Director of Cards and Contact Center, where I continue to leverage my expertise to drive operational excellence, foster team development, and elevate member satisfaction.I am passionate about leveraging financial services to empower individuals and my community, and I look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in my current role and beyond.
