The DSST Network is a highly scalable, highly available network that currently spans multiple campuses and datacenters across Colorado. Rivaling most commercial ISP networks, all campuses are interconnected via a multi gigabit (10, 40, 100 gig) fiber optic network, paralleled with a high-throughput microwave wireless network as a redundant path. Nearly all critical core systems are N+1 for redundancy, and currently have seen less than 2 minutes of down time each year (greater than 99.999%)-DSST's network uses enterprise and carrier grade hardware, which consists of Cisco, Nokia, Ciena and Vertiv hardware.-DSST's wireless network currently supports more than 15,000 client devices at any given point every day.

Worked in the tech support department, and did everything from answering support calls from customers to doing support follow-ups to setting up and provisioning new phones before they were deployed in the field.

I designed websites for customers, supported Sage software, collected and cataloged a large collection of CRM related articles into a knowledge base to help customers choose which CRM software fit them best.
