• Insight is a modern Business Intelligence application that is built on the Microsoft BI stack. It is meta-data driven ETL and reporting delivered through SSRS, SSAS, Power View and SharePoint.
• Adapt the on-premises Insight product into a Hosted solution that is productized for use with multiple clients in a single private data center and for hosting on Microsoft Azure.
• Developed an automated build, test, deployment, and maintenance framework for Insight.
• Developed a custom ASP.NET application using C# and MVVM architecture which is used by clients to maintain many of the meta-data fields within Insight.
• Assure that the U.S. version of Insight is in compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations for data protection, privacy, and security.
• Work with each client to make sure the meta-data setup is correct.

• Design SSIS packages to reliably and efficiently move data from source systems into destination Data Marts.
• Support existing ETL projects as need arises.

I designed and implemented dimensional data warehouse models using Kimbal design techniques. I created many advanced ETL packages in SQL Server Integration Services that archived operational data into the Data Warehouse. I then delivered the data from the Data Warehouse using OLAP Cubes in SQL Server Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Reporting.

I started the WorkForce Management department at Protective Life Insurance. I designed and implemented new processes for scheduling, tracking, trending, forecasting, and reporting on business operations in the call center. In order to complete these duties I developed an OLAP cube that became the source or all reporting in the call center.

Responsible for direct scheduling of over 300 Birmingham contact center employees with a focus on achieving service level goals and balancing employee needs. I also developed forecasts for the retail bank call volumes and handle times. Required tracking multiple call volume streams and events to get within a 2% variance on the forecast.
