I have been serving others in a retail environment for many years. I find it such an amazing experience each and every day of my life to be blessed with the opportunity to help others get better at serving customers. I am able to pull from each and every phase of my career, really thousands of experiences with incredible people I have worked with in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Pa, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and have been so blessed to learn from each and every one of these amazing associates. I have watched people develop into great associates at every position, people get promoted into management positions, managers into district managers, and district managers into regional managers. Being a small part of people elevating their game, gaining self-confidence, increasing self-esteem, watching so many people reach goals that were dreams and dreams that not even dreams until they were encouraged to go for it! I actually still have a Rocky Balboa poster up in my home office. Always rooting for the underdog, hoping that when people face adversity they can draw from their own inner faith and strength. I just hope that I am blessed with many more years to serve many more people. Servant Leadership. Coaching, training, teaching, developing, uplifting, what a gig!!! Thank you God.
