Assigned to Manage and direct the day to day operation of all aspects of the Citrus Bowl a 60,000 seat multi-purpose stadium. The Stadium and or complex grounds hosts a wide range of entertainment and sporting events, including festivals, concerts, American football, MLS soccer and international soccer.

Responsible for project management of various technical projects including: Broadcast control rooms, LED scoreboards, digital signage, audio systems, Wi-Fi, and Das system remodels and new installations. Acting as a owners representative, I developed a turnkey solution from design, specifications, engineering, Bidding, award and project construction management and final closeout and testing.

Responsible for the Start-up, Operations and management of the Barclay's Center located in Brooklyn New York. Slated for opening September 2012.

· Directly responsible for the overall operation of the AT&T Center, Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Audio/Visual, Event/Guest services, Procurement, and Sub contracted service departments. · Plan, formulate and submit justification for all applicable capital and operating budgets, apply all budgets and forecast expenditures and variances. · Oversee and approve all bookings within the AT&T Center, to include concerts, family shows, and other sporting events. · Plan and coordinate all events in the building, active liaison between booking department, promoters and Sports officials (NBA, WNBA, AHL). · Active member of a corporate Strategic planning board responsible for future grows and business development of Spurs Sports & Entertainment. · Responsible for all staffing matters for 75 full time employee's and up to 125 part time employee's. · Coordinate all legal agreements with counsel and future execution, as it relates to all aspects of the building. Participated on the Arena Design and Development team for construction.

· Supervise the operation and maintenance of all general maintenance and building engineering divisions, maintain staffing of three managers and forty employees. · Forecast annual capital and operating budgets for the CNN Center facilities division, develop safety management program. · Representative for quality control during CNN Center renovation and construction of the new Philips Arena. · Supervise and advise all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design system changes within CNN Center. · Manage computer maintenance management system, including inventory work allocation and trend analysis.

· Managed and redesigned the scope of Marine Gas Turbine Inspector Program, implemented changes to the Surface Force Engineering Organizational Manual. · Member of the "Smart Ship" design team as a technical evaluator developed and manned machinery interface of the Integrated Condition Assessment System (ICAS) and Ships Machinery Control System (SMCS). · Conducted internal inspections and operational analysis of the General Electric LM-2500 and Allison 501k-17/34. · Certified Propulsion Plant inspectors and operators on three classes of ship.

· Supervised and managed a staff of 85, responsible for training over 50 watches standers in normal operations and casualty control. · Senior Enlisted Engineer responsible to the Chief Engineer for the safe operation, maintenance, and training within the engineering plant. · Developed and implemented Engineering Management programs interacted with contractors on all shipboard engineering design maintenance, operation and testing issues. · Managed maintenance plans, scheduled and completed testing of all maintenance conducted within the engineering department. The ship earned a 97% grade on the Maintenance Exam.
