I have over twenty years experience helping organisations improve their operations and sales performance. For the last twelve years I have worked at LimeBridge and have led a range of successful programs to deliver better customer experience outcomes and sales results. This has included working with around 40 clients from 14 different industries in functions ranging from sales and service through to complaints and debt collection. My international experience includes assisting Australian companies who have off-shored to the Philippines to achieve better performance from their business partners. I have also worked with a major multinational to transform the service delivery models of outsourcing partners in their South Africa, India and New Zealand operations.
