With the start of the war in Ukraine, we set up and managed a team of wonderful volunteers running a network of donation sites, sorting hub and transportation was established to deliver donated aid to Ukraine and Poland. During the first year roughly 100 trucks of aid, valued about £1.7m, 3,000 improvised trauma kits, and over 150 generators were delivered to Ukraine and Poland. This included management of over 70 volunteers and raising over £120,000 of donations.
