My name is John Stead, I am 36 years Canadian Forces Veteran (Retired) I have dedicated years of loyal service to the CF and years experience of leadership and mentorship to members. I am in charge of the multi million dollar maintenance schedule of the North Warning radar system. It is my experience and leadership capabilities that I am in this role. I am also the supervisor on the floor dealing with personnel, the positive and negative aspects of the job. I am a multitasked oriented person overviewing multiple aspects of the CF mission set any given day. I deal with a plethora of members personal attributes and characteristics and I find and develop a plan to get them to the next level of leadership. I enjoy the team aspect of work but I can also work independently given the opportunity. I have been given multiple awards and recommendations for my dedication, work ethic and my dedicated volunteer hours.
