• Served as the quality assurance program manager for Blackhawk quality control, directed efforts daily to streamline workflow and ensure maintenance was conducted efficiently and stayed on track.• Served as the unit’s program manager for workplace safety; oversaw routine and random inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and to protect the unit’s most valuable resources.• Briefed senior leaders in the organization on safety issues and then provided them with direction on how to correct those deficiencies and ensure a safe environment for all.

• Managed a 100-person program responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on over 100 military aircraft, contributed immensely to the unit winning the Army’s Ellis D Parker award for the best Aviation Support Battalion in the Army.• Provided program and product oversight on all helicopter maintenance projects as the maintenance supervisor, maintained timelines, and removed all barriers to success.• Applied lessons learned to maintenance projects as each iteration offered the opportunity to improve overall efficiency of operations, lessening the time it takes to complete future projects.• Managed a volunteer project with team members to encourage giving back to the community.
