Assist in maintenance of department specified E-mailboxes and administration of department wide support E-mailboxes and websites. • Responsible for requesting, supporting, and modifying all levels of computer access for specified Revenue Cycle departments. • Request authorization and provides technical support for outside entities or vendors with remote access to the internal Florida Hospital network. Liaison for communication within the Revenue Cycle departments at all locations of Florida Hospital, and across departments, to ensure information is shared for effective operations.• Maintain and support multiple servers and applications owned by Revenue Cycle departments (including but not limited to Noble).• Responsible for implementing new computer applications and ordering new computer equipment for effective data entry and to ensure consistency of Hospital records. Works closely with end users, other Coordinators, Systems Support Manager, IT Manager, Operations Manager, and serves as a trouble-shooter for application problems including writing and presenting Customer Engagement Forms. • Solve software and hardware problems via the phone or in person in an efficient and professional manner. Effectively prepare and present educational documentation of assigned network, hardware or software systems to enhance the knowledge of our customers and team members.• Identify and report process anomalies and system issues to appropriate leadership, as applicable. • Maintain department ticket/issue database ensuring prioritization of issues and provides continual communication with requestor until completion or resolution of issue.
