Working for Clarion Futures, the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group, I manage a team providing central support, including systems, performance reporting, project and risk management and developing key partnerships.

I led pioneering research projects and innovative internal research to understand operational performance and identify interventions for improvement. I also supported the development and implementation of new strategies and helped the organisation to make sense of the operating environment

In delivering the Corporate Plan, I helped Affinity Sutton to make sense of the operating environment and tracked progress against objectives. I commissioned research across all parts of the organisation and led on innovative projects to identify approaches to improve the way Affinity Sutton did business.

I worked on the transition phase of the Affinity Sutton merger to create a single organisational structure and transfer responsibility for frontline services from the operating companies to the new group
