As a manager within Deloitte's modeling practice, I lead the technical deployment of Deloitte's Apex Platform, a hybrid-modeling platform that utilizes Excel, cloud databases, and visualization tools to manage large portfolios, automating data transfers and improving insights derived from companies’ financial models. I assist multi-billion-dollar companies and funds' financial modeling efforts across a variety of functions, primarily portfolio management, FP&A, and M&A. A hybrid modeling approach is often needed to address the scale and complexity of the modeling ecosystems I work on, sometimes connecting over 100 project, partnership, debt, and corporate models together in a single model ecosystem.

Rebuilt Excel-based Monte Carlo forecasting models into an internally developed simulation software. Assisted in the capital allocation decisions by quantifying expected returns and risks of different investment decisions for companies valued over $1 billion. During this time, I also co-authored a paper on assessing risk using Monte Carlo Simulations that was published by the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
