For the past two and a half years I have been employed at Add Inc., ( now Stantec) in Miami as a Project Manager overseeing two large mixed use projects, one on the Miami River in down town Miami ( The River Landing Project) and the other in downtown Nassau New Providence Bahamas for China Construction of America (The Pointe).I have worked professionally on large scale mixed use high rise commercial and residential projects for the past twenty years and low rise projects for the ten years before my first high rise project. My primary position over the past thirty years has been a Project Architect however I have been a Project Manager for many projects, particularly during the five years I traveled and worked on projects in Taiwan and Asia, from2008 thru 2013 while employed at CBT Architects in Boston Ma.I enjoy the challenges of larger complex projects, managing client expectations along with directing and mentoring younger staff thru the design and documentation process, I have worked for and with numerous well known International architectural firms and bring hands on design process knowledge, experience and responsibility to all my projects.
