Experienced Electrical Supervisor, running the control section of Royal IHC at the Port of Blyth. Overseeing the build, wiring and testing of all the subsea and offshore control panels. Responsible for the recruitment of electrical technicians/panel builders and giving day to day guidance and instruction to my team of electrical technicians/panel builders with the aim of prioritising and organising work to ensure that electrical assemblies are delivered in line with project requirements.Ensure all workers have appropriate health and safety training and relevant certification for any additional skills.Provide regular updates on progress via work trackers, whilst also highlighting areas of concern to Senior Electrical Construction Engineer and Design Engineers.Identify any need for Risk Assessments for specific activities. Promote HSE requirements ensuring all workers follow said requirements.
