I started my career in property in January 1992 as a Lettings Negotiator for Romans who are one of the largest privately owned independent estate agents in the area, offering fantastic careers within the property industry. Romans are a dynamic, diverse and growing company who believe in investing in their people by way of excellent training, rewards and progression.After 18 months of intensive training I became Branch Manager and I have not looked back since.I am now Regional Director of the Lettings Business with 8 offices reporting to me and my role also includes training and development of the staff.
