My input helped not only to shape the new system, but to work through and identify glitches within the system before it went live. I then trained dealers all around the State on how to navigate the system properly, in order to continue to operate their businesses without interruption, while satisfactorily complying with the State's new laws, requirements, and data privacy regulations, pertaining to accessing their new platform. I served as the Used Car Manager for this dealership. I trained salespeople, completely managed the inventory, desked deals, handled customer service, all all other duties that come with the position.

I conducted all activities, duties and responsibilities of a Used Car Manager. I also conducted all of the sales training. I was also tasked with finding a location for a off site bargain lot in which I found, staffed, inventoried, and oversaw / managed the entire operation. (Minar Ford Bargain Lot)
