My role involved not only clarifying the content and making it more accessible, but also guiding SME authors through the publication workflow and ensuring that our knowledge base was comprehensive and current.Previously, I founded Hanlon Ormond Consulting, where I empowered independent course creators with insights on course design, marketing strategies, and community building.
