My position at Stanwell is to recruit people working on power plants in remote parts of Queensland. This position is based both in Brisbane city also on site at the power plants.

My role at Boeing is to source for candidates across various sectors including security, cyber security and remote military bases.Duties Include• Working with hiring managers from creation of job advertisements, screening candidates, data collection, clearing candidates for interview, conducting interviews, salary negotiation and offer.• Working on roles across multiple sectors and seniority including security, cyber security, and remote military bases. Roles ranged from sourcing for junior graduates with 1 – 2 years’ experience through to senior level managers and working with company leaders on candidate selection.• The largest program that I recruited for was for remote bases; in this program Boeing has several large satellite stations in remote parts of Australia monitoring overseas actions. Roles ranged from ICT positions, mechanical fitters, project officers through to cleaners. • Redeployment focal for the recruitment team. As Boeing’s workforce would increase and decrease over time (approx. 3000 people) I would work with people’s who may have had a position made redundant within the organisation and would attempt to find suitable replacement roles within the organisation.Achievements• One of my largest achievements was the considerable work undertaken for the ground systems. This involved completely reinventing the recruitment processes for a role where candidates may take two years to be able to start in the organisation. • Create a redeployment model for the organisation to be able to assist employees who have been impacted by redundancies.• I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider – in this capacity I am a first point of contact if people within the organisation feel they need mental assistance.• I was heavily involved in the Diversity working group for LGBTIQA representation. This included being a recruitment focal for the working group.• Assisting in running first day inductions for new starters on the first day at Boeing Brisbane.

Managed Workforce Group specialises in mining recruitment positions across Australia. Managed Workforce Group is an umbrella company and I worked across the multiple divisions that they own. When I started at Managed Workforce Group it was less than a year old. I was the first recruiter hired for the company and was responsible for developing processes and creating documents used by the recruitment department. Duties Include:• Sourcing for candidates across the mining sector. Roles are filled by screening candidates over the phone and face to face video interviews• Training new members of the recruitment team• Updating recruitment forms, processes and assisting in the recruitment of new team members.Achievements:• Growing the recruitment team from myself to three full time recruiters, 1 admin and 2 experienced, casual recruiters. Junior recruiters had limited to no experience, and I was responsible for training them to be able to work independently.• Completely overhaul and develop the interview process, interview forms, reference checks and additional templates that are used by the recruitment team.• Sourcing a 45-person project on a mine site in Mudgee in April – June 2022. This included 40 operators, 4 supervisors and a Trainer Assessor. • Assisting in the sourcing of a 200 person mine in Blackwater. Roles sourced include Supervisors, Trainer Assessors, HR Representatives and Health and Safety Officers as well as operators. This role had 1 other full-time recruiter and a part time experienced recruiter working on it.• Placing a ten-person crew into a site in the Goldfields, WA. The challenge in this role is that it is a very candidate short market. • Staffing a 12 person Coal Handling Processing Plant on a site in Middlemount, Qld. This role was challenging as the role I was sourcing, Operator Maintainers, is a highly technical skill position with few candidates.• Staffing a 40-person shut down on a mine site in Far North Queensland.

One Key Resources is a mining recruitment company. This is a phone based, volume recruitment position and is heavily measured by KPI’s. Candidates are sourced primarily through SEEK, SEEK Talent Search and the One Key Database.Duties Include:• Sourcing for candidates across the mining sector including production operators, blast crew operators, new to industry positions, cleaning staff, administration officers. Roles are filled by screening candidates over the phone.• Working with site-based Account Managers to meet client demands and requirements.• Liaising directly with clients on current roles• Talent pooling for potential candidates• Sourcing for candidates through SEEK ads, SEEK Talent Search and Database searching.• Sourcing for New to Industry positions; these positions may have up to 2000 applicants over the course of one week.Achievements:• Visiting BHP sites around Newman, Western Australia for site visits. By going to site I was able to develop a stronger appreciation of mine site life and the roles that I was recruiting. Whilst on site I was driven around in a dump truck, got given a site of the mine and went on multiple client meetings.

Foundation Recruitment is a boutique Recruitment Agency that specialises in white collar construction roles. Sourcing was done primarily as head hunting through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search and the database. Duties Include:• Assisting Recruitment Consultants with roles across the Commercial Construction, Residential Construction and Accounting sectors. • Sourcing for candidates through job ads, LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and the database. • Researching potential clients; updating and organising the businesses in the database

This role primarily involved head hunting for Civil Engineers. Roles were sourced by SEEK, SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn and the Randstad Database.Responsibilities:• Sourcing for roles in the civil construction desk reporting to the Head of Department and a Senior Consultant.• Partnering with a number of clients within the civil construction sector across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.• Talent identification and management of candidate pools and pipelines to provide our clients with specialised and timely recruitment services.• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search the Randstad database and running regular job ads.• Complete reference checks on candidates.Achievements:• Implemented and oversaw a cross-divisional Resourcer support group resulting in sharing of ideas and knowledge across the office.

This position involved sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and the Database. Positions sourced were exclusively head hunted roles.Responsibilities:• Partnering with companies in the technology and advertising sectors, working exclusively to recruit vacant sales positions.• Liaising directly with clients on current roles• Identification and screening of potential candidates through LinkedIn Resourcer and the Sterling Database.• Managing as many as a dozen roles at one time. • Updating and management of the company database. Achievements:• The biggest achievement was computerising the company database records onto the CRM software system from paper notes.

Fuse Recruitment specializes in trades and utilities, and in this role, I would source for candidates through job ads. Roles filled would be volume roles where clients might require multiple positions filled at one time. Responsibilities:• Assisting four 360 consultants and the Queensland Manager.• Working alongside clients in the utilities and manufacturing sectors.• Liaising directly with clients on current roles• Managing the candidate through the recruitment process, included reference checks, qualification checks and Host Induction Checklists.• Completing weekly Compliance of the Brisbane candidates including all documentation.Achievements:• Helping with the initiation of a preferred supplier agreement between Fuse Recruitment & a Brisbane utility services provider. • Organising a networking function in the Fuse Recruitment office where a guest speaker presented to clients.
