As a HR Advisor I have been working with Organisations in India and UAE in the area of Organisation Structure, Talent Development, Key Talent Management, Values & Culture and Alignment of people strategy with the Business . I was actively involved in building a Travel Tech organisation in Dubai which included Formalising the Organisation Structure, Articulation and embedding of People Values, Talent Development and Culture building. Spearheaded the organisation for the Great Place to Work certification in 18 months. Actively working with clients in South India supporting them in Organisation building, Talent Development, Performance Management System and Education.

As PeopleWorks leader India, my responsibility was to support the growth of India business through Strategic HR initiatives to ensure Right Hiring, Talent Management, Performance Management, Key Talent Management, Right Organisation Structure and Compensations Structure for people. Key Talent Management at Senior / Middle and Junior Management levels to ensure home grown talent pipeline for leadership roles. My endeavour always was to align HR strategies to Business Strategy and to build strategies for 2 years and 5 years plan. Worked passionately on Organisational effectiveness through effective organisational structure for Essilor India and its group companies. Ensured right people were deployed or hired for the right position with a major focus on mid and senior level hiring to support the organisation which required the right job titles and Compensation structure at all levels. Steady supply of young talent to the organisation through Management Trainee peogrammes and other campus hiring programmes. With a view to groom internal talent to leadership levels introduced and managed a Key Talent Management programme.
