Record and document daily readings from SCADA and Reverse Osmosis gages, conductivity, pH, turbidity, and temp readings. Grab samples of product water, process water, and green sands to analyze in the lab. Maintenance of Reservior’s, Pump Station’s, and Well Sites in the Coty of San Juan Capistrano. Weekly bacterial route samples, following Chain of Custody guidelines, and pH / Chlorine Residuals.

Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant for Tissue Manufacturing. Our sole expectation is to clean the fiber and other constitutes from water and return to our Manufacturing Department clean water. * Daily routine duties are taking water samples for the city and lab.* Recording various expected calculations and meter readings from last 24 hours to update in morning update meeting.* DPD readings for Chlorine residuals and Turbidity readings of our Clarifiers.* Drawdowns for chemical dosage accuracy.* Check bed levels in clarifiers to ensure we are getting best results of coagulation / flocculation.* Jar testing to determine what polymer chemicals are needed to make calculated adjustments for better sedimentation.* Reverse Osmosis Units; performing CIP cleaning and pre-filter replacements. * Ultra Filtration Membrane Unit- adjusting GPM depending on overall systems to ensure we are getting the best results from our batches.* Continuous rounds throughout the shift to ensure every bit of equipment is operating in proper order.* Perform operator maintenance when needed to replace chemical lines, malfunctioning check valves, broken water pipes.* Create notifications in SAP for any abnormal events that would need support from Maintenance Department.

Lead person on Tissue Converting Production Line. Which were two production lines that run simultaneously. Each line consists of a Production Observer, Cartoner Machine, two Casepackers at the end of each converting line. We also had multiple drivers moving and loading materials to keep production filled at all times. First Operator was responsible to ensure positions were always filled with qualified personal at all times per shift. Made sure we were running correct codes and materials matched those codes for our customers specs and demands. Performed several different codes throughout our day which meant changing all materials and centerlines settings on each machine. Performed operator maintenance on machinery when ever needed. Our shifts consisted of 8 hr to 16 hr depending the need for personal. every 7 days we would get 2 days off running 7 day 24 hours a day and 3 shifts. Also had a Offline Printing Machine that would apply lotion and silicone to the paper. Performed Grade changes and set up machine to run to special specs that were expected to achieve.Very fast paced environment that made the days and years go rather quickly.
