Conducts site surveys and support activities to produce distinct work packages that outline specific tasks, site documentation, equipment and materials needed to complete equipment installations. Conducts site preparation activities to include installation of equipment racks, power to equipment racks, as well as cable ladder racks and patch panels. Conducts hardware installation, software installation, and wiring installation. Preforms inspection of installed equipment, and removal of obsolete equipment/wiring. Conducts hardware configuration and upgrades. Generates completion reports to include as-installed documents (Red Line drawings), circuit end-to-end activation, coordination and cutover management for transition actions and site implementation testing and checkout.

Coordinate installation of new video surveillance infrastructure equipment, modification of existing equipment and onsite repairs. Perform installation of new video surveillance infrastructure equipment; modify existing equipment and onsite repairs. Perform systems testing before shipping new or repaired equipment to customer. Perform acceptance test protocol for customer on site once equipment is installed. Train customers on use of infrastructure equipment and video cameras. Coordinate with engineering department to make improvements to new and existing equipment.

Supervise electronic maintenance repair facility with a staff of 50+. Ensure smooth workflow by setting priority for work of different items of electronic equipment. Coordinate mobile offsite repair teams to provide direct support to customer. Evaluate new equipment for use by USMC and verify all parameters are met and inplace to deliver and deploy equipment. Instruct subordinates in trouble shooting techniques for repair of electronic equipment.
