I am an engineer at Senseforth.ai, a leading conversational AI platform that provides chatbot solutions for various domains and industries. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Karpagam College of Engineering, where I am expected to graduate in 2022. My core competencies include ECMAScript, JavaScript Object Model (JSOM), Babel.js, React Js, and AJAX.At Senseforth.ai, I have been involved in developing the conversational chatbot for the government website UMANG, which provides a single platform for all Indian citizens to access pan India e-gov services. I have developed UI screens, consumed several restful APIs, and optimized the workload of the client team by 80%. I have also built UI screens to check railway related queries like PNR status and train schedule. I collaborate with the QA team to tackle technical difficulties faced by the users during the user acceptance testing phase. I have administered more than five version releases of chatbot services to the production environment.
