Booking shipments, tracking and tracing, quoting, and customer service. I worked with the customer as well as the airlines to ensure a seamless transition of their freight.

It was my job to oversee the daily cargo operations of multiple airline contracts. We handled the contracts for US Airways, British Airways, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, and Continental Airlines. These responsibilities including making sure pallet builds where done within the safety standards and were ready for timely loading on the Aircraft. Additionally I worked with TSA, Custom, and the airlines to make sure operations were functioning according to all security guidelines. This involved regular audits as well as self auditing and consistent assessment of the security processes in place.

This involved routing of all outbound cargo to its final destination and ensuring that all inbound shipments where properly handled in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include the processing of import documents in preparation of freight clearance.
