The Compliance Reporting Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a framework to facilitate regulatory compliance within Ausgrid. In facilitating regulatory compliance, the Compliance Reporting Manager leads the development and management of regulatory licence compliance management plans, coordinates statutory and regulatory audits, responds to changing obligations contained in relevant legislation / regulation and ensures relevant staff are informed of their accountabilities regarding the reporting of compliance against regulatory obligations.In carrying out these responsibilities the Compliance Reporting Manager is required to interpret and respond to existing and emerging policies, legislation, regulations, Rules, codes and undertakings impacting on Ausgrid’s commercial network operations and obligations. The role also provides strategic advice to business units with regulatory compliance obligations and assists the relevant business units to develop effective remediation strategies.
