I was an intern at LeadSquared, a leading cloud-based marketing and sales automation platform, where I headed the campus placement process and manage talent acquisition for internal roles. I have core competencies in HR management, recruitment, market research, and stakeholder management.In my previous internship at Litwork, a platform that connects freshers with their dream jobs based on fitment, I worked on growth and advisory projects, where I conducted market research, analyzed user feedback, and provided recommendations for improving the user experience for the gamified psychometric assessments. I also have experience as a clinical psychology intern at Manipal Hospitals, where I assisted in providing psychological assessments and interventions in various mental health scenarios.
