Project JV'ed with Phelps Dodge, completed Technical Turnover to PD and site Mine Staff. - 2000 - El Abra - Chile. PCME for PD for Mine Design and LOM Production Schedule at 200,000 TPY finished copper - 1992 - 1995 Miami Copper of Arizona. PCME for Resources and Reserves, Mine Design and LOM Schedule for SEC annual R&R, and production reporting. Technical Turnover to Mine Staff. - Sierrita Mine Operations - Green Valley Arizona. LOM Schedule Optimization - 1993 - 1996 Alamo Dorado Mine- Sonora, Mexico. PCME for Corner bay Silver. Responsible for developing R&R, and LOM Schedule, Prepared Final Feasibility with AMEC, and NI 43-101 for Pan American Silver Corp. prior to Construction Funds Floatation on TSX.- Ferrominera Iron Ore of Venezuela. PCME for Revised R&R for LOM Production Schedule to include beneficiated Low Grade - very low Phos material sent to Porto Ordaz.- 1998 - 2000. Support Bechtel in the complete re-valuation of the Cananea Mine from 80,000 TPD to 180,000 TPD.- 2003-2004. OCAMPO Deposits in Chihuahua Mexico. PCME for R&R/Production Schedules for Final Feasibility prepared under the direction of Kappes Cassidy, and NI 43-101 for TSX.

Barbarton, Eastern Transvaal Provence, Republic Of South Africa

- Established the Makonjwaan and Imperial Mining Company in South Africa to develop the Makonjwaan Gold Mine as a 600 TPD milling operation fed from an Open Pit next to the country of Swaziland. The mine was drilled and ore resources modeled by Thor Resources Pty Ltd and Metallurgical testing was completed by Bateman Engineering of Boksberg, RSA. Final Design of the plant was completed by PMC Pty Ltd of Johannesburg. The mine operated from 1988 through 1999, when it was shut down due to low gold prices. The project was sold to Simmer and Jack Mines just prior to shutdown.- Samada Diamond Mines- Prepared Resources and Mining Reserves. prepared all surface rights and operations requests for the GME offices. Prepared mine designs, slimes and coarse tailings dams with WLPU of Rivonia, Eastern Transvaal Provence. Responsible for water supply to process plant from fresh and reclaimed water. Project Budget was $50 million. - Bekwena Vanadium - Bophuthatswana. Developed the geology model, annual mine plans and production schedule for this large mining operation. Prepared mine permit applications that were required for approval through two governmental organizations, and also by the Minister of Mines for the Republic. Develop the control budget and construction schedule for this estimated R70 million project.

Responsible to Mine Planning Commission of BC for Mining Permit. - Selected as AMAX Rep to Wright Engineers for construction project management for $285 Million Budge..To Mt Newman mining Company of Australia - 1973 - 1981 - Introduced Medsystem Mine Planning to Mt Newman operations management in 1973 for Short Range Planning and Long Term Mine Planning and scheduling. - In 1977 requested to direct the establishment of project management for construction of a US$160 million Heavy Media Separation Plant (HMS) for low grade Iron Ore. - The Newman Consortium requested a life of Mine Plan and Production Schedule, and Capacity Plan for expansion of mobile mining fleet and staff to expand to 42 MTPY. The project value was in excess of US$70 million dollars.

- 1975 – 1982 Roan Consolidated Mines (Zambia). Functioned as Senior Consulting Engineer from Amax, and completed many jobs including introducing Medsystem for the expansion mine planning at Chibuluma Mine, Kalalushi East project, and the Baluba Copper/Cobalt Project, Improved Materials Handling (IMH) at the Mufulira Mine, the establishment of Project Management construction cost control and development of the Cobalt Leach and Metal production plant at the Chambishi Mine. The Cobalt Leach Plant Budget was US $ 25 million. - 1978 – 1979 Alumax of South Carolina. Alumax requested my oversight for a US$400 million dollar, 4 Pot line Aluminum Smelter called Mt Holly. This two-year project used Alcoa engineering, and our efforts in conjunction with construction management resulted in a nearly 2 month ahead of schedule completion, and a published US$68 million dollar budget under-run. - 1979 – 1981 Dennison Mines, Dawson Creek Project. AMAX was approached by Dennison Mines of Toronto, Canada if I would assist in the development of the Dawson Creek Met Coal project in BC Canada. I was invited to go to Toronto to give a disclosure of the successful construction methods used within Amax to Dennison and Kilborn Engineering. I presented our methods, and Mr. Steve Roman (Chairman) awarded me the construction control (budget and cost) for this C$1 billion dollar project. The project was completed several years later on time and within budget. - 1977 – 1980 Amax Inc. – Wologisi Iron Ore Project, Liberia, West Africa. Developed the Mine plans for this huge Iron Ore Project in the Nimba range in Liberia. This 12 million TPY Iron Ore Pellet project. Directed the preparation of the Construction Schedule and the approved Budget Control for this US$ 1.2 Billion dollar project.
