Advise on standards of construction methods and requirements. Prepare and revise project cost estimates and reports. Make arithmetical computations rapidly and accurately. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and the general public. Apply City codes and policies regarding zoning and other regulations to field situations. Work independently without supervision. Enforce necessary regulations with firmness and tact. Use Windows, Excel, and Word computer programs. Keep abreast of current construction standards, codes, and regulations.

With My Current Position as Shop and Project Manager:I can organize, run, lead and follow all strategic thinking and planning required to ensure smooth operational rhythm and to maintain all requirements, including preparing for and facilitating all requirements required: • Integrates internal organization and stakeholder input and data into category strategy development. • Participates in supplier evaluations to develop source selections and contract proposals. • Participates in the development of cross functional strategic business plans and tactics. • Identifies, implements and documents improvement opportunities. • Monitors progress and provides outcomes for business plan integration. • Develops, establishes and utilizes communication plans and maintains collaborative relationships with suppliers, customers, programs and stakeholders. • Coordinates and communicates product changes between programs, internal organizations, suppliers and customers.• Generate proposal “Sourcing Hand-off” package, elements to include strategic objectives, “buy to package”, recommended period of performance, and recommended bidders list.

A variety of daily tasks depending on their particular installation. Over see multiple technicians and complete tasks ranging from running network cable to physically installing, office furnishings, small and large scale office installs. In addition, technicians maintain and service these installations.
