Therefore resting your burden on my capable shoulders and reducing your risk to a fraction of what it had been prior to our arrival, taking the owners previously On The Hook to literally being off of it altogether for basically no cost at all. I can do this confidently for a couple of reasons that others simply can't, or won't if they'd like to remain in business. Consultants who make decisions under duress when attempting to mitigate health exposure claims are literally rolling dice w someone else's money. An educated guess from the eye of a Hurricane, and I won't do it. The reason for this is, I don't as an owner, feel particularly comfortable with the word guess, even if you add an adjective like educated before it. Guessing sounds risky, and careless considering the owner is the only one risking it all on their "dice roll." I named my business "Diverse Environmental Solutions" for a very good reason.
