Diverse Environmental Solutions Inc. is a client based management and consulting company that focuses on guiding our clientele safely beyond the myriad of environmental snares designed specifically to generate income for the state by ensnaring owners, managers, contractors and carriers as they attempt to address, renovate or restore their properties expediently so the tenants that reside there won't have to suffer with poor conditions or be inconvenienced any longer than they have to be. Our job at DESI is to keep the owners and industry professionals out of harms way by being the only person allowed to make decisions (in writing) on matters that involve regulated materials, such as Asbestos, Mold and Lead. Therefore resting your burden on my capable shoulders and reducing your risk to a fraction of what it had been prior to our arrival, taking the owners previously On The Hook to literally being off of it altogether for basically no cost at all. I can do this confidently for a couple of reasons that others simply can't, or won't if they'd like to remain in business. Consultants who make decisions under duress when attempting to mitigate health exposure claims are literally rolling dice w someone else's money. An educated guess from the eye of a Hurricane, and I won't do it. The reason for this is, I don't as an owner, feel particularly comfortable with the word guess, even if you add an adjective like educated before it. Guessing sounds risky, and careless considering the owner is the only one risking it all on their "dice roll." I named my business "Diverse Environmental Solutions" for a very good reason. I was an abatement contractor running the Greater SD area, for the largest residential abatement contractor in the Western U S since 1988 & I am a DOSH Certified California Asbestos Consultant with over 30+ years of experience from 13 offices, setting precedents and paving paths through every conceivable scenario.
