I provided not only information found on the internet, but real feedback from people who work (or worked) at the company. We also discussed his compensation package; which was 10% below market for the job he was required in a nearby market.He negotiated a 10% increase with the company and starts full time in March. 2015.

I sourced, negotiated and contracted with physicians at all levels (e.g. directly out of residency to senior level management). I used my sourcing and customer service skills to continue to fill open positions we had and to create an active pipeline for future needs.I worked with a team of four individuals to move physicians from the sourcing level through the first shift at one of our hospital practices.My strengths were in finding and maintaining long lasting relationships with the physicians I hired.I worked independently from home while reporting to our regional office.

I was a Senior Level Recruiter at Team Health West. I covered a large geographic area that included multiple states. At that time I recruited emergency medicine and family practice physicians. I had the responsibility of hiring allied health professionals as well.I was quite successful sourcing, hiring, and contracting with practitioners at all levels in various states.I was the Recruiter of the Year for this nationwide company and often in the top 5-10% of all recruiters.My biggest achievement was being selected by the Corporate Office as the National Recruiting Task Force Leader. I lead 12 of the most senior level recruiters throughout the nation. With my leadership, our team was responsible for creating policies and protocols or all Team Health recruiters to follow. A select few from my group worked with our corporate technical department to create and roll out a national recruiter database. I again, received awards and accolades from Senior Management for the work my team accomplished. The projects and systems with worked on then are still being used today.
