"Sound the Alarm" is a 60-minute investigative documentary film on the 1995 Norwegian Rocket Incident. It unravels what took place when the Russian military saw a science rocket as an incoming nuclear attack, calls out the growth of the post-Cold War nuclear danger, and explores how easily miscommunication/misunderstandings/misinformation can escalate to a decision to launch nuclear weapons.- Developed messaging and positioning that connected the film concept to raising public awareness of major global security issues; earning over $250k in grants- Originated project & developed script. - Led early prototype development for an in-camera Digital Video Watermarking solution with the goal of forwarding journalistic integrity + preventing deepfakes through OpenCV, biometric AI, blockchain (IPFS)- Researched Market, User, and Competitive landscape to evaluate GTM and overall startup success potential- Developed the initial product roadmap from prototype through MVP and release, working with engineering to achieve a high value to cost ratio while finding product-market fit

I had the honor of being part of the pre-launch team for the Polkadot network. It was amazing to learn from such a high-caliber global team at a big inflection point for Web3 and blockchain.
