I am the Insurance Practice Group Manager and a Partner at Gallagher Sharp, and also active in the firm’s General Litigation Practice Group. I am licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan and certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as an Insurance Coverage Law Specialist. My practice focuses on counseling and representing insurers in coverage matters, including those alleging bad faith and fire loss, at trial and on appeal. I was the past Chair of the recently-created Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Insurance Law Section and am also active in the Ethics and Unauthorized Practice of Law Sections. Additionally I defend clients in a wide variety of general litigation matters, including municipal entities and law enforcement professionals in civil rights and personal injury claims.
