Processing B/L, Logistics coordination, liaising with container yards for releases and receivals, container update moves in Swire’s own shipping system, on occasion sales enquiries, creating bookings and documentation requirements. Booking crew changes, visas, accommodation, transfers as necessary. Single-handed local running of the agency, taking on the duties of office manager and sales representative in Northern Territory. Officially becoming the company’s face-to-face representative in the Darwin Region for all aspects of Swire Shipping.
