Sellers are the lifeblood of eBay. To help them sell more, more often, I’m working on a bunch of projects—microsites, messaging platforms, and email campaigns that support their efforts.

When a local innovation went global, I was there to help it fly. For nearly five years, I worked with my Q-mates to create and write channel marketing campaigns that put BlackBerry smartphones in the hands of wireless sales reps—and ultimately, consumers—throughout North America and beyond. From sales training, to POS materials, to hype videos and more, we did our part to make BlackBerry the game changer in business communications.

Websites, like gardens, need a thoughtful pruning from time to time. I collaborated with our UX lead to assess the Norton.com store content and give the client solid recommendations on how to improve it.

Kicking an old, inefficient appliance to the curb is a lot like dumping somebody who isn’t good for you anymore. That little nugget of insight turned into a couple of PSAs that have since become local favorites.
